  • Duly Completed Signature Cards
  • Copy Of Certificate Of Incorporation Of Organization
  • Copy of certified memorandum and articles of association of organization
  • Copy Of Form Co7 (Particulars Of Directors)
  • One Passport Photograph Of Each Signatory
  • Identification Document For Each Signatory e.g. National Drivers’ license, International Passport etc
  • Residence Permit For Foreign Citizens
  • 3 Months utility bill
